She has over 10 years of grant experience, has managed tens of millions of dollars in federal grant funding. She has been through countless accounting and grant compliance audits.

She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), having developed and completed several capital, operational, and IT projects.

She has over 10 years of experience in federal and state procurement, which includes public works and prevailing wage management. She has completed the Procurement series offered through the National Transit Institute at Rutgers College.

Abigail has specialized in Federal Transit Administration funding. She has been everything from the grant writer and manager, to the Title VI Officer.

Abigail has also worked on several other grant resources in her career as a government employee, such as HUD, FEMA, FAA, and DOJ.

In most cases, grants, civil rights, procurement, and other federal and state compliance translates from one industry or program to another.

However, with some specialty work, like a grant under the Department of Energy may not translate.
